She has short flameing red hair that goes down farther on the sides then in the back & front. She has pale skin that semeds too be warn alittle from the wind. Her eyes are a light blue & She is about 4'8" and weighs about 84 lbs. She is very slinder and looks ver fragil but she is very very lean. She also wares her headband aroudn her Tiny Arm.

[u][b]Personality: Kituri is alittle bit of a loner form not haveing any family. BUt when people get to know her they notice this strange flamboiant personality benieth the shy exteror. WHne a person first meets her They tend to over look her. BUt if they do see her They tend to see that she is not so shy just watchful and easely blends into the back ground. She does not want to be the center of attention and perfers to be the one who is over looked but gets praised when doing somethign right. When people get to know she is very michiviouse and loveable but she showes that to very very few people.

History: Kituri's parents died when she was only 3. They where both out on a mission and where ambusshed there bodies never recovedered. She went to live with ehr Non-Ninja Aunt and uncle who through he years tred to forbid her form being a Ninja. She denied them the chance to not alow her and would train as she would in the accadimy out side of school and quickly blosomed as best in her class. Her Aunt and Uncle where furiouse but the day that they tryed to remove her formt he accadimy was the day that she passed her Genin exam. Jonin from arund the villlage heared how she passed the exam and started to drop subtle complements to them flling their thick heads with pride and leting her stay a Ninja. She trained herself how to remain unnoticed without being hiden and she love to jsut watch people whil peretending to be on of the group. She Never had to many friends but not to many go\et to see how michiviouse and witty she is under her calm persona.

First of you didn't read the app or the rules. If you did you'd realize you can't be a Jounin.

Still didn't read the rules. You don't get any starter jutsu as genin you have to learn them so please remvoe them unless you plan on taking the genius test. If you complete with flying colors you can get two jutsu. Which you have to create in the jutsu app area. Even if you do pass the test though you don't start out with a summon you have to find the scroll. As stated in the Character Application.
