Description: You summon your wind chakra to your kuni (or when you get much better to your hand). Once you you have the right amount of chakra you will know when it looks like wind surrounding the kuni or hand. You must be close up and slash the target directly with the jutsu in order to use it. As in the kuni and or hand must directly come into contact with the skin of the person. It diesn't do any good if you have to go through armor or thick clothing. However with using a Kuni you can try and cut through the person's clothing and then use it, leaving the person's insides cut without a scratch outside to show for it.

Requirements: 4 attack and 4 stanima is required in order to hadle this with a kuni. 8 attack and 8 stanima will let you use your hand.
